    The Plasma Free Hemoglobin Kit PFH TMB Colorimetric is designed for the precise measurement of free hemoglobin levels in plasma. Utilizing TMB 33'55'-Tetramethylbenzidine as a chromogen the test employs a colorimetric method where the intensity of the color produced is proportional to the concentration of hemoglobin. It's pivotal in monitoring hemolysis assessing transfusion efficacy and diagnosing hemoglobin-related disorders.
